Amidst the rubbles
Can you here the rumble
Of the doubters
Of the not so committed
To terrorize the terrorists
Of the you terrorize
One of us
May be you don’t terrorize
the whole civilised world

can you hear the blazed call
we are more determined
than you are determined

do you think
you can check every parcel
every exit
every entry
and then have
time left over
to worry about
your neighbours

no I do not hear
the noise has deafened me

life or what is left of it
makes a difference now
or never for me to go on

for tomorrow there will be
another war and another bombing
and nobody will remember
when or how it started

will ever end

At a wedding dinner at the Grand Copthorne
Waterfront Hotel early June this year
There was one dish that stands out
among the rest

the Golden Crispy Chicken with Deep-Fried Garlic.
This dish was done very well that night.
Although the skin of the chicken was crispy
the meat was moist and tasty
even without the Deep-Fried Garlic condiment.

The Deep-Fried Garlic with Sesame Seed
goes extremely well with chicken.
You should give it a try.
