meant to be called nasi penek
in which i take it to be flattened rice
against which i find them elongated
tastefully firm delightfully sauced

the duck meat recycled from yesterdays leftover
more like rewashed rebottled and retasted

and theres no recipe cooked up or original
accompanying
intuitive is the institution with this sole chief chef
whose other tasty specialty is nasi bandung
or is it nasi padang
but definitly not nosi pendek
